If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly provide a refund. We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, full-priced items, within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please factor in your shipping to us as part of this 30-day policy.
The item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, with tags, hygiene liners* and labels attached and will undergo a detailed inspection once returned to us to verify condition.
*Due to hygiene reasons, if there is any evidence that a bikini bottom or one-piece has been worn, or is missing its hygiene tag, we cannot issue a refund as we will not be able to resell these items and will need to discard them. For this reason, please ensure that while trying on your bikini bottoms or one-piece, underwear is worn and the hygiene tag is left in place.
Discounted, sale, lifestyle, samples and special partnership items are final sales and are not returnable or exchangeable.
The expected processing timeline for returns is 7 business days upon receipt of the item(s).
Returns for a refund within the 30-day period.
Please complete the following steps to submit a refund request:
- Send an email with the subject line: [Return Request - Order #] to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In the email body, include your name, order number and the items you’d like to exchange and the rationale for your return request in the email.
- We will get back to you within 24-48 hours and provide the return authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions.
If you live in Canada or the USA, we'll email you a return shipping label you can print off to make the exchange process go more smoothly.
Once we have received your item(s) and they are in good resellable condition, we will provide a refund using your original payment method.
Returns for exchange within the 30-day return period.
For exchanges within North America, we ask that customers place a new order for the replacement item(s) they prefer, then return the previous purchase following the same procedure as a Return For Refund.
We are doing this because it helps to improve the turnaround time for you to receive your new piece and because our pieces are extremely limited in quantity and we don't want you to miss out on your 2BODIES swimsuit!
Once we receive the item(s)we typically process the evaluation and refund approval in 7-10 business days. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days after the refund approval notification (email) for your refund to appear on your original payment method (NOTE: time varies by the payment provider).
Return for a refund beyond the 30-day return period.
No returns are accepted for items returned beyond the 30th day of delivery
2BODIES SWIM does not cover the cost of return shipping so you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred in returning the items to us.
Should you request that we return the item you sent in for a refund that was deemed not qualified due to its condition, you will be charged for the incurred shipping.
