Shipping

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your purchase at checkout. The price depends on the shipping option and the final destination. We offer various shipping methods, and you can choose the one that suits you best. For more detailed information, please visit our shipping/returns page.

Q: Has my order shipped?
A: We understand that you're excited to receive your swimsuit. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that during peak times, order processing may take up to an additional two business days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification. Most shippers update their tracking information around 7 pm EST, so check at that time for the most accurate details. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped and 10-25 business days for international shipping. 

Q: What if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?
A: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, it is essential to contact the shipping carrier promptly. While we inspect all merchandise for defects and damages before shipment, it is your responsibility as the buyer to check the product upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your swimwear. Please email us at hello@2bodiesswim.com if you encounter a defective garment.

Currency Conversion, Taxes & Duties

Q: What currency is used in your store?
A: All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars.

Q: How much will my total purchase cost in my currency?
A: For the most accurate conversion rate in your country's currency, you can visit https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/.

Q: Will duties be charged on my purchase?
A: Duties vary depending on the jurisdiction, and we cannot estimate or include this cost in your order. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applicable upon delivery. We are not accountable for these costs.

Q: How much will the taxes be on my purchase?
A: Any purchase destined for a location outside of Canada will incur applicable taxes upon checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: How do I return an item, and what is your return/exchange policy?
A: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@2bodiesswim.com. Include your name, order number, and the items you wish to exchange in the email. We will respond within 24-48 hours to provide you with exchange authorization and shipping instructions.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fees for returning items. All swimsuits must be in their original unused and unworn condition, with hygiene liners in place and all 2Bodies tags attached.

Please include all packaging, including cards, boxes, or pouches. Allow up to 10 business days for us to process the return at our studio and up to 7-10 business days for your credit card issuer to accept the return.

We will notify you via email once we receive your item and process the exchange.

Q: What is your return policy for sale items?
A: All sale items are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes due to our prompt shipping process. However, we do accept returns and exchanges within 90 days
